John Voliva, R.Ph.
John Voliva, R.Ph. is the owner-pharmacist of Hook's Apothecary and comes from a strong heritage of pharmacists that dates back to the beginning of the 20th Century. His family of pharmacists includes his Great-Grandfather, Grandfather, two Sisters, a Niece, a Sister-In-Law and his wife, Tara. John graduated from Purdue University School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences in 1999 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy. He is a member of the Professional Compounding Centers of America, International Academy of Compounding Pharmacists, National Community Pharmacists Association, American Pharmaceutical Association, Indiana Pharmacists Alliance and the Southwest Indiana Pharmacists Association. John likes to play golf and trapshoot in his spare time, and is currently the President of the Indiana Trapshooter's Association. John also serves on the Board of Directors for the Vanderburgh Humane Society and is a member of PCCA's Advisory Council.
