Please use the following form to submit refill requests on-line. Every effort will be done to have your prescription ready at your requested pick-up time if the following guidelines are followed:
- Please allow two business days for all refills. For example, if you are requesting your refill at 9 PM Central Time on a Monday, your prescription will be ready on Thursday Morning. Refills requested before the two business day deadline may not be ready at the requested refill time.
- Please check to make sure that you have refills remaining on your prescription(s) and that your prescription(s) have not expired. This information can be found at the bottoms of your prescription label: "X refills before XX/XX/20XX". Prescription(s) that have no refills remaining or have expired will require us to contact your doctor for a new prescription.
- We will e-mail or call you within one business day of receiving your on-line refill request. For example, if you are requesting your refill at 10 PM Central Time on a Saturday, we will contact you by the close of business on Monday. If you have not heard from us in this time period, please contact us via phone. We cannot ensure that on-line refill requests will not be lost in cyberspace.
- If you are requesting that your prescription be shipped and you have not had your prescription(s) shipped to you before, we will contact you for payment information. A credit card or pre-payment will be required for all shipments
- Also, if you are requesting a prescription to be shipped, please add an additional 24 hours to your requested pick-up/delivery time. This accounts for the shipping time to your address.
- In most cases, we DO NOT ship prescriptions on Fridays. We cannot control the temperature your prescription is stored at over the weekend and high temperatures or other storage factors may affect the potency of the medication.
- Please remember that our business hours are Monday - Friday, 10 AM - 5 PM
