Do I need a prescription for the Nicotine Lollipops?

Yes.  A colleague of ours has contacted the FDA about the legality of selling these lollipops over-the-counter without a prescription.  The FDA informed him that it would be illegal to sell this form of nicotine without a prescription in the United States.
